All bets placed on ashabet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question, as published on the platform at the time of betting. The following general rules apply to all wagers across all sports and event types available on ashabet.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ashabet system and a unique bet reference number has been generated. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been placed. ashabet bears no responsibility for bets that fail to complete due to connectivity issues on the player's device or network.
ashabet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — for example, due to a data feed malfunction, human input error, or system fault — where the odds offered were materially different from the true market odds at the time of placement. In such cases, ashabet will notify affected players and return the original stake to the player's account balance without delay.
In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and updated continuously throughout an event. ashabet may suspend any in-play market at its discretion, including during significant events within a match (e.g., fall of wicket, penalty kick, timeout). Bets submitted immediately before a market suspension are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission confirmation, provided the bet was accepted before the suspension was applied.
A bet will be declared void and the original stake returned in the following circumstances:

ashabet reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, and offset any funds — including cash balances, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits — associated with accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. The determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred rests solely with ashabet, subject to review upon written request from the affected player.
ashabet may suspend or permanently close a player account in the following circumstances:

Upon receiving a closure request, ashabet will process any eligible pending withdrawals and close the account within 5 business days. Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ashabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. ashabet's total liability to any player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
